Works as described!
These lozenges truly work! Maybe not for the promised three-four hours, but, for at least an hour, your mouth stays moisturized! I also like that they are individually wrapped. Finally, you cannot beat the price. That being said, these are not perfect. They are WAY too sweet. Mint flavor does help with excessive sweetness, but the taste is still not great. No hint of mandarin either.

Recommended highly by my auto-immune disease support group
I like it. It really does make you salivate like magic and has a light minty taste. I donโt really taste the mandarin, and like other reviewers noted, it can be slightly bitter sometimes, but I find it fine as is. These lozenges came highly recommend from my auto immune disease support group from multiple members who have chronic dry mouth. Luckily, I only get dry mouth sometimes, but I like having a few of these handy in my purse in case I need it. I do bite them in half sometimes because the size of the lozenge is quite large. Even just used as a breath mint, the salivation effect makes it even more refreshing. Just be sure to rehydrate with fluids often. My experience with prescribed products that have a similar salivation effect is a side effect of constipation. Luckily I havenโt experienced it with these.

Works really well for dry mouth
This is actually something that I have purchased a number of times. Itโs a good brand & works really well for dry mouth. I like the size, itโs a good value & I usually just carry a few in my pocket, while the box fits nicely in my bag, when traveling. Itโs a good flavor & keeps working even after I have finished it. I am very pleased with this purchase & would highly recommend.

Does What it Needs to but the Flavor is Horrible
My birth coach recommended moisturizing lozenges for labor to prevent dry mouth. They specifically said to use sugar free. These definitely do the trick. Starting making saliva as soon as I put it in my mouth. Typically I love citrus and mint together. Itโs one of my favorite flavor combinations. This however, is not that. Itโs overpoweringly mint, which by itself isnโt bad. I didnโt get any โmandarinโ until about halfway through and even then it was not very orange at all. Once the orange started to come through the taste was disgusting. I thought these would be a nice โtreatโ while I was in delivery but sadly that was not the case. As a weird side effect, they also made my mouth tingle. Glad I only ordered a small pack because I unfortunately will not be eating the rest.

This is an update; I do like them and the taste is nice. They do help alleviate dry mouth.
These are a little better tasting than the other products of the same brand. I will be giving them away though as they affect the taste of my food for about 12 hours after having a lozenge. UPDATE; 7/18/18 after using these I actually find that I do like them and I will definately buy this product when the one I have is used up.

Not any better than a cough drop.
I have severe dry mouth and hated Biotene. I tried these and was only able to suck on one until it was half way gone (which only took about 10 minutes), then it started to burn my tongue. I spit it out and went to sleep. I woke up 3 hours later and my mouth was just as dry as ever, with the sugar leaving granules on the inside of my mouth. This does not work any better than sucking on a cough drop or sipping on water. I hope I can return this product, but if not, at least it was only a few dollars. Since I have tried other products for dry mouth, I thought I would add a review of them. 1)Biotene- Tastes like a weird bubblegum. The gel is really gummy and makes me extremely thirsty. I drink water and now the product is gone from my mouth. The mouthwash reminds me of drinking someone else's spit. YUCKY! 2)Therabreath-Very acidic. Burns my mouth and upsets my stomach. Helps for a few hours. My least favorite product. 3)Thayer's-Tastes like Tang. Takes a bit to get used to the flavor. Works for 3-5 hours. This product I liked the best out of the others. 4)Act-A lozenge that has a mild mint flavor. Works 3-5 hours. Flavor is not consistent between lozenges. I like it, but it contains sugar. This one is my second favorite. 5)MighTeaFlow-Doesn't work very well. Maybe a couple hours and you have to use a lot. Contains Fluoride!

great product!
My husband has had a very dry mouth all winter, all night long. We don't use sugary silly little lozenges, which are nothing but candy, and don't do him any good. These work perfectly, and I'm very glad we found them.
