No it will not fit an 80 Series Land Cruiser. It will fit 40 series and 60 series US market trucks with 2F/3F/2H/12H-T engines.

Does this kit come with both the throwout bearing and pilot bearing?

Yes, both bearings come with the kit. Just looked in the box because I didn't remember seeing the pilot bearing but both are there.

this it fits 1997 FZJ80?

FZJ80 should have an automatic transmission, so no you cannot put a clutch in it.

Will it fit a 1983 fj60 with a 4 speed?

It fit my 87 fj60 (4 speed). You should be able to put in your vehicle details to see if it fits.
