Great Inulin at a reasonable price.
This organic inulin has worked perfectly for dozens of batches of homemade yogurt. It's hard to find on the shelf, near me, so Amazon saves the day.

I’d Buy Again
I use it in my coffee each morning. It dissolves really well & has no taste. No way to know if it’s truly feeding my gut, but that’s true of any similar product.

Sweet but can't taste it when mixed in beverages
There is an unexpected sweetness to it and it is a tiny bit granular/gritty like very fine powdery sugar and there is no thickening to any beverage I add it too. I have not noticed any benefits so far from taking it as I am only a few days in. I compared it to another brand, all is just the same look/feel/consistency/taste except the calorie count on the nutritional label. Other brand says only 5 calories per teaspoon full. Both dissolve instantly in water.

Jerusalem Artichoke is the BEST!
Good stuff. Works well. Like that it's made from jerusalem artichoke and not potatoes!
