This is exactly what I was looking for to support my gut health. This stuff is amazing. It's a white very fine powder that has limited taste but big effects. Definitely works wonderful as a probiotic. The texture is not bad in applesauce or yogurt but could also be dissolved in a liquid. It was a good price for the size of the bag which I anticipate will last me a few months using it everyday. It does definitely have the intended digestive effects and I've had great health support from this product. It's artichoke powder as seen in the last picture under ingredients. The foil bag easily zippers shut and reseals so you don't have to worry about it spilling or going bad

Good product. Make Dr Davis style and this is perfect. Yogurt with good flavor. Have to use right amount or yogurt will get acidic flavor. Use the Davis recipe and it works well.

I like that it’s flavorless and easy to use, and I can mix it with any drink; it has helped me go to the bathroom, though it has caused a bit of gas.

There is an unexpected sweetness to it and it is a tiny bit granular/gritty like very fine powdery sugar and there is no thickening to any beverage I add it too. I have not noticed any benefits so far from taking it as I am only a few days in. I compared it to another brand, all is just the same look/feel/consistency/taste except the calorie count on the nutritional label. Other brand says only 5 calories per teaspoon full. Both dissolve instantly in water.
