**Q: Does this actaully aid in suppressing your appetite?**
A: I got it for help as an anti-inflammatory, which it does an okay job at as far as I can tell. I didn't know it was supposedly an appetite suppressant too. But since most supplements bother my stomach I never take these before food, I always take them with food. Regardless, I haven't noticed any change in my appetite. So if there is any appetite suppressant I'd say it's probably pretty limited. Maybe someone else who got it for that purpose would be able to help, though.
