A great alternative diet addition
For quick lunchtime meals or part of my evening meal, the entire Bens range is perfect. Great value and very healthy for daily use. A great range, full of variation in choice and a breath of fresh air compared to current diet with potato. Purchased a range of 7 box packs of 6 for each variety ro serve one, to last for many months as and when required. All with long term use by dates to avoid wastage. Quality and tasty and creating a complete range of healthy alternative.

Quick, convenient and tasty
Ben's rice needs no introduction since it was established in the 1940s. This is the microwave version which cooks in the microwave in 2 minutes. This 6-pack arrives in what looks like a retail display pack. A bit of a puzzle to open but as my photo shows I solved the puzzle. I used the Golden Vegetable for fish and the Wholegrain for everything else. Overall very quick and convenient, tasty and simply perfect.
