This has about 1/3 of the amount of sodium as a standard ramen packet but does not sacrifice any of the flavor. I use 1/2 tsp for 2 cups of water so it comes out to even less sodium per serving! Win Win! This is also really good on eggs, too. I'm already thinking of more ways to use this and will most likely pick up some of the other flavors. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the beef flavor didn’t come with a shaker top like the spicy. I have to be careful not to dump too much in. Will be ordering again! To me price isn’t bad.
