I've got very large legs and my kneebone is certainly a bit bigger than the average person. This brace is perfect. It fits like a glove, the construction is fantastically durable, the design allows it to sit snugly without strangling your circulation, and the elasticity and stretchiness mean it's not too uncomfortable to wear. It doesn't heat up too badly so you aren't going to be sweating up a storm. The design of the rubberized/gel donut over the knee is also very effective. Genuinely surprised that I got more than my money's worth on this product. Definitely recommend if you have some issues with your knee but aren't looking for a full-on metal brace system.

This product itself is great! The problem/ question is as the doctor suggested, will it stay in place when walking? As advertised, I see it as false advertising. It does not stay in place when up walking. That is my reason for the return. The fit was fine.

This item fits comfortably on the skin, I have not had any type of irritation. I bought this due to a torn meniscus and needing some sort of support around my knee. It does not stay as well when put on top of clothes, it’s always sliding down and pressing on my injury so I am always pulling it back up in place. Over time the straps seem like they get stretched out

Arrived this morning, almost nstantaneous relief. I've had a lot of knee braces in my time, but this is the only one that checks all boxes. Fit is excellent, great support, I can walk which I could not do yesterday, I'm going to buy another just so I have a backup in the future. It is rare to find something these days that is well priced and really delivers what it is designed to do. Very happy with this knee brace on all counts!!! Oh, and did I mention it is very comfortable!

Original review: The fit was good and the adjustability was great, I would have rated it a 5 except for the problem with slipping. I tried it over pants and just on bare skin but no matter what I tried I could not keep it from slipping. Amended review 4/19/26: While my initial review stays the same I would rate the company response a 5+. They responded to my review in a timely manner and offered a full refund. Their handling of the review was exceptional.

This is the best knee brace i have ever purchased. And I have tried at least 10 different brands , none can compare... this stays in place even if walking around, great design. great value... feels very soft and comfortable,( no pinching behind the knee ) gives the support needed ( knee cap and knee joint ) there are 3 long and strong straps with strong velcro that stretch well! can't say enough... I bought a second one for the other knee...

I ordered on Thursday for delivery on Sunday and imagine my surprise that it was out for delivery on Friday!!! I was happy I immediately ripped open the package to wear the brace. I injured myself exercising and needed the brace badly. I put it on and it fit well. I loved the long straps so I can adjust for my leg above my knee and below my knee. I felt immediate relief and I’m so happy this company makes such a good product for larger people. It was an excellent price range and a well made product. There’s a bit of slipping but I’m ok with that because it provides relief.

I’m 5’5, 245 pounds. I have strong, larger legs and thighs. I regularly stand long periods of time and workout: both lifting and cardio. Knee pain has always been an issue: pain when walking, lifting, floor to standing, driving long periods etc. I wear in and outside of the gym. Works for longer hours and many different scenarios. Doesn’t compress too hard that you feel it’s cutting off circulation. Also doesn’t cut into thigh area: I truly believe it was created for big bodies. It is sturdy, holds the knee in place, doesn’t slip, not too hot, doesn’t irritate skin, works for lifting, walking, going from seated (or floor) to upright and vice versa. Go with your size or one size up. Do not size down. This will not CURE your pain. Take care of yourself and the main problems BUT this is a great support.

Me gustó mucho. Es comoda y me ayuda muchisimo a caminar. Tengo piernas de luchador por lo que no me queda cualquier rodillera, y como me cai por las escaleras y al final cai de rodillas mis piernas estan aun mas grandes e hinchadas. Y esta rodillera me ha ayudado a poder caminar mejor y sin tanto dolor. Se le desprendio un velcro. Pero creo es por que la ajuste de mas. Eso si nada que aguja e hilo no resuelvan. Por lo demas estoy satisfecha. La compraria de nuevo? Claro. Y mas por que tengo otra rodilla y soy propensa a los accidentes por decirlo bonito. Ademas llego muy rapido.
