It is not functional.
This product is not functional at all. The rack is made of cloth and is not stiched properly. This cannot hold any weight and falls off. The inside holders fall off if you put weight. Why waste time and money in making a product that is not functional.

Product is not durable, the cover itself is short in length 3-4 Inches stay open without cover at bottom. If you're planning to buy one like this don't go for it increases your budget and get other product with is sturdy and keep your stuff fully covered
