If you're running internal brake lines this is the tool to use. Took me about three minutes to run the line.

Coming from someone who has never used the Park Tool version, I’d say this is a great tool for a great price. It was very easy to route through my very long aluminum frame MTB.

The KIEVODE Bike Internal Cable Routing Tool Kit could be useful to route cable in a bike frame but I had to return what I received because the polarity of one of the adapter pieces was off (repel other magnets) at the rounded end. It repelled from the long threaded piece with a magnet and was only magnetized on the side. It would work if you were only using the big blue magnet on the outside of the bike frame to guide it inside the frame but rather useless when using it to fish wire with the longer adapter piece since this little piece only had the correct polarity on its shaft side, not the end round area. Note that these kits with magnets are really only for use with bike frames/handlebars that are aluminum or carbon (not steel) and the more popular (&$$) bike tool company sells a kit that has more pieces and longer threaded adapters.

This tool made routing my brake lines a breeze through my frame and fork. Both fully internal routing and semi-internal was a breeze. I ended up using two of these kits for the full internal route because I wanted/needed two long lines to run at the same time. Made life super easy. Highly recommend!

My bike has possibly the worst internal routing design. It is literally just two tiny holes and an empty frame. The extension magnet is small enough to fit in the small cable holes yet strong enough to get a good grab on the feeding line. I spent 3 hours trying various methods before buying this tool. When I used this the routing took me about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this little kit.

This allowed me to internally route some cable housings in my new frame! Really glad I got this because I don’t think I would have gotten it done without it. Installed a cable for a rear derailleur as well as my dropper post. Seamlessly.

Not as good as the ParkTool brand. But if you're building a bike just once, it's all you ever need. If you building a bike every day, buy the ParkTool.
