Great bag! Read this if you want a faster port!
I purchased this a year ago and am back for a different color. This is a great little bag! Lots of pockets and plenty of places to stash things. The middle section is roomy, enough for a small plastic makeup bag plus my power bank. The back slot is perfect for a small iPad or Kindle. I keep my phone (iPhone Pro Max with case) either in the front zip pocket or the slots on the side (those are tight, so I find they work better for glasses. This is a very well made case, too. Quality fabric with lining, and it is stitched well. So far I've not had any issue with zippers or fabric, and this serves as my primary purse (though I do swap out occasionally for a change). It would make a great personal item for travel and could be used for all sorts of purposes besides a purse (diaper bag, medical supplies). I would not carry heavy books with it but it easily carries paperbacks or whatever else you are reading. I definitely recommend it! Pretty colors too on this one. It is a such a cute bag and I get plenty of compliments. For those who complain about the port: This is will NOT charge most modern devices because the cord they provide is low speed and low power. That said, you can easily remove the cord from the lining (it pops out of a plastic shell) and replace it with a higher speed port. This is what I've done for those occasions I need to charge a device on the go. I keep my new port in place with double sided tape where the old port used to live. Mine is also USB C, which suits my needs better anyway. You can easily find replacement cords here on Amazon.

This is a great backpack
I love this backpack. I haven't used it yet for my international trip. However, I'm excited to. It has a ton of pockets and storage and is small enough that it will fit under the seat on the airplane. The waterproof fabric feels really nice and soft, the zippers are metal and slide smoothly. The size is perfect for day trips and sight seeing. It's not very heavy empty and I anticipate not putting too much heavy stuff in it. It looks durable and stylish. The only thing it does not have is a strap on the back to secure it to your wheeled carry on luggage. But I think that was my mistake. I was looking at so many different packs, I just overlooked that feature.

Travel-Ready, Stylish, and Surprisingly Functional — My Japan Companion
This Mini Backpack was an absolute lifesaver during my recent trip to Japan. It’s compact yet roomy enough to hold all the essentials for a day of exploring. My wallet, phone, charger, a small water bottle, and even a light jacket without feeling cramped. The waterproof material gave me peace of mind on rainy days, and the built-in USB port was unexpectedly handy for keeping devices charged on the go. Comfort-wise, the straps are adjustable and padded enough for extended wear, making walking around bustling streets or train stations effortless. This is stylish, practical, and travel-tested. This backpack proved that you don’t need a huge bag to be prepared for a full day of adventure. Great zipper quality, durability and no weird smells.

Great Quality and Value
I'm a 79 yo small woman (5'1") who has never found a comfortable backpack. They were always too large and didn't sit well. This 11" wide mini backpack is easy to wear and fits easily under an airplane seat with room to spare. I used it on a long flight to Greece and back from Rome. It held my Kindle and reading glasses in the large front pocket, several bottles of meds, an extra pair of glasses inside along with a warm scarf, snacks and other sundry. It is durable and shows little signs of wear. The material is thick and held its shape. Keeping all zippers closed when wearing it provided good security. I chose the Khaki & Beige and the khaki bottom stayed clean.

Compact yet has perfect organization
This is perfect. It’s compact yet has different pockets and compartments that are amazing for organizing your things. I may be the odd one that doesn’t want a USB charging port thing in the backpack, which most of them out there have now. There is a version of this bag that has the port and there is a version that doesn’t have the port. I got the one without. I’m picky about side pockets on the outside of the bag that are meant to put bottles into - a lot of bags out there you can barely fit a slim bottle into it.. However, this one has the elasticized expanding side pockets on the outside, which is great, I was able to fit a wider bottle into it. Most bags out there are made for 15.6 inch laptops or larger. There isn’t as much of a variety of bags that are a little bit smaller. I wanted something a little bit more compact for travel to use as a personal item as well as to use while being out and about going on day trips going to a café with my laptop to work, etc. etc. Most of those bags out there that are labeled as travel backpacks that fit “15.6” inch laptops in terms of their dimensions they tend to be a little bit on the larger side and while it’s probably fine for most airlines, there may be airlines that it might be a little bit too big for to be a personal underseat item unless they’re very flexible and squishy. I wanted something a little bit more compact that would definitely fit all airlines personal item dimensions. Also, my laptop is not that large, so it doesn’t need that big of a laptop compartment. My laptop measures 12.75 inches by 9 inches (the screen horizontally is 15.25 inches), it fits perfectly in this. It seems quality made, and the material is waterproof and would be very easy to wipe down and clean. I also love that the buckles on this aren’t black. I got the beige and khaki color in the 14” size, and the buckles match the bag.

Great bag with good space inside
Perfect size for what I needed! It fits my laptop and is a high quality bag. The pockets on the inside are great for organization. The only downside (and why I gave 4 stars) is the straps don’t stay where you adjust them to & they slide down constantly making it difficult to stay on my shoulders well sometimes.

Very durable and looks great
This bag has helped stay organized and stands up to all hard throws I’ve given it. I am not easy on bags but this one has been very sturdy and great quality. The handles and backpack straps are so easy to use! No one knows that I conceal carry because the back pocket keeps it well hidden and secure. I would definitely recommend this bag especially for busy moms always on the go!! The storage pockets and zipper pockets allow so much usable space. The charger cord hole feature keeps your cord and charger dry while still allowing you to use your phone easily.

Love the 13.3 inch size...and the cupholder holds a 32 ounce water cup!
I'm 5'3" and needed a backpack that wasn't too big but would hold a big cup plus a wallet, brush, keys, etc, while I walked around at the State fair. And also hold the small items I might purchase. The cup holder has stretchy sides so it was easily able to hold my big cup. I will have to keep the cup in a plastic bag to keep it dry because they sweat so much. The other cup holder has the charger located there, so it will need a thinner or shorter cup, but I only need to carry one cup. This is a nice quality backpack. I bought the Pink/Grey color and love it a lot! I just returned a Waterfly backpack because it was too thin and had no structure whatsoever and this one is sturdy but lightweight. My dislikes: The side of the straps that touches your neck/shoulder area is scratchy. Not sure how I can fix that if my t-shirt doesn't cover that portion of my neck. Also the handle that is above the straps is annoying. I guess I can cut that off but with my hair up it doesn't bother me. I do wish the handles were removable. Despite these issues, I still give the backpack 5 stars because I love it so much, it has so many features I needed! I do have the straps as short as they will go and it hangs slightly lower than higher on my back. So this is not a tight fit for me at 135lbs but it's so small I don't notice it. I searched for DAYS over a few weeks to find a small backpack that could hold a 32 ounce cup. The cup is 3 inches at the bottom and 4 inches wide at the top. The stretchy band is a genius idea.
