I started having hot flashes and night sweats and the night sweats turned into day sweats. I couldn’t sleep at night. I was embarrassed to be around people because of the sweating. I could tell this was helping after the first few days, but began to experience lightheadedness a few hours after taking along with still experiencing a mild bad aftertaste from the pill. I tried breaking tablet in half to see if that would help and still same reaction. I believe it's definitely worth a try and seems to work out for many, but this may not be for me.
