It provides relief for joint aches. I like the texture and ease of use. The cooling sensation lasts way longer than Biofreeze, though. I find that it will probably provide more benefits in the summer time than during the winter. In the cold months, I found that the cooling sensation kept me unable to settle down to sleep because my feet and joints were freezing for such a long period of time. So, I do recommend Stop Pain for immediate injuries or to provide joint relief during the warm months of the year because it is a great product. For the cold months and when getting ready for bed, I will continue to use Biofreeze or Lidocaine 5% cream.

After putting this on my back and getting under the covers, it was as if I had a heating pad on my back. I'm not sure why it felt warm, I only guess it was due to having the blanket over me. I will be purchasing this brand again when I run out.

works great and gives me pain relief that lasts a long time. smell is not too bad and does go away. The size of the bottle is fantastic making it a great value.definitely recommend this product

Great stuff - I use it for muscles which turn sore 24 hrs after hard pickleball session, and it works like a charm. Doesn’t have the cool name, nice label, and advertising that BioFreeze has, but it has 8% menthol vs 5% and is less expensive. No brainer which to choose. (Internet says it’s the product which is used clinically.)
