I got this for my son, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. The set comes with everything he needs to stay safe: chest protector, knee pads, and elbow pads. The armor feels sturdy but not too heavy, so he’s comfortable wearing it for long rides. It's not cheap plastic you sam see with other competitors. The fit is great and it’s adjustable to grow with him a bit. My son rides his dirt bike pretty hard, and this gear gives me peace of mind knowing he’s protected. I’m an engineer, so I can tell this is well-designed to absorb impact and keep kids safe during outdoor sports. The materials are durable and even after a few falls, it’s holding up really well. He loves how cool it looks! If you’re looking for good quality protection for your kid, you most definitely found it. Great value for the price!

I am very picky on what I get to protect my son. I can’t say how much having this gear has eased my anxiety. He has crashed hard on his dirt bike but didn’t get hurt and I think it has a lot to do with how covered he is when he is wearing this. We use the elbow pads and the shin pads with my son being smaller but it still is great. The chest plate fits amazing to size.

The lack of the 5th star isnt due to the item itself, I docked it for receiving the wrong item in a different category in its place and having to contact support to fix it, however, with that said, the item itself is nice. My sole truly looks protected in his gear and I feel better about his new dirtbike. My son is 6, but small framed and this gear covers him with room to grow! It's tough plastic and seems like it can handle some rough play. It probably takes 2-3 minutes to put the whole suit on and the pieces are obvious where they should go, so it's pretty easy to use. They are fairly lightweight due to their materials. My son also didnt complain about lack of motion. Due to weather we havent had to opportunity to really put it to use yet, so functionalitybis still unknown. I like that it was able to match the green of his motorcycle to his gear too. On the note of having to correct a wrong pick with customer service. They were able to send my replacement prior to item pick up and I had it in two days, where the original one took four days and was the wrong item. I was pleased with my interaction with customer care, as they addressed my needs quickly. Scheduled ups to pick the item up from my porch and had the correct item in shipment before our conversation was over. I recommend the item at present time, however question how the mistake was made to begin with, whether private seller or Amazon error? Either way, my issue was resolved and my son is happy.

We love these! They fit my four-year-old twins so well and also my seven-year-old! They wear it every ride and they’re always excited to put their gear on! Now with the two that are 4 years, the arm parts are a little big by the wrist, but for my seven-year-old it is great and he even has room to grow. One of my four-year-olds really wants to do motocross so this helps me feel more OK with it knowing that he loves to put on his gear and that it also keeps him safe, especially as a beginner.

I originally bought this for my 9 year old, but it will not fit him. He wears around a 14/16 and the chest protector wouldn't adjust enough to fit around him. BUT it does fit my 4 year old. I've decided to give this one to her instead. For the amount I spent I feel it was a good buy. Material feels as though it will be durable and will provide some protection (better than not wearing any).
