I needed something like this for when I travel for work and it’s been really convenient. it heats up fast and takes wrinkles out pretty quickly and easily. It makes packing so much easier bc I don't have to worry about if something is getting wrinkles plus it's small and really light so its easy to fit...I love that it works as both a steamer and iron. definitely a handy little tool to have I use it at home now instead of my regular iron and for when I'm in hotels!!

This product has questionable quality, inadequate operation & terrible durability. The steamer stopped working after using it 7 or 8 times. Troubleshooting steps did not help. Even though the unit did heat up quickly, it didn’t produce the volume of steam as a standard hand held steamer. This limited the effectiveness of how well it removed wrinkles. Customer service is non existent. I emailed them 3 times and never received a response. Other reviews have shared similar experiences. I strongly suggest choosing a different steamer from a different company.

This is a great steamer. Works well with two settings. Heats up fast and can be used like an iron if needed. Make sure you don’t overfill the water reservoir or too much water will pour out of the steam holes. Otherwise, this is a great product. It is a little heavy and bulky, but worth taking along when you need something like this - for business or when you have some dressier occasions.
