Which rubbermaid bucket system does 9c74red fit

It goes with Rubbermaid Commercial Products 35 qt. WaveBrake Yellow Side Press Combo Mop Bucket and Wringer System Model # FG 7580-88 YEL

The 26 quart bucket did have a dirty water bucket when I bought it years ago. Very frustrating that you cannot get a replacement bucket. Why?

They changed the from so you have to buy the whole thing again they want our money

I dip my mop, and wring it, so as to not be sopping wet. So, how does this not get the clean part dirty?

The basic fact is that this "dirty water bucket" does not keep the clean water section clean. Each time that you mop the floor, you dip the dirty mop into the clean water section and make it dirty. Then, you wring the mop out over the dirty water bucket, leaving more dirty water. Eventually, the clean water section will be nearly empty because you wrung out the water into the dirty water bucket. So, if you empty the dirty water bucket at that point and dump and refill the "clean water" section, it could be argued that you have fresh water more often than you would with the single bucket option. It would also consume more floor cleaning chemicals.
