Is this oil 100% vegan?

I am not sure, I have used but I have no allergies. I enjoy the oil, especially on the legs and feet. Has a warming sensation. I hope the seller can help you with that answer.

any hints for re-opening the bottle.?? I am having lots of difficulties.

Sometimes those caps are really hard to remove! You have to press down hard on the top of the cap and unscrew it at the same time — “press and turn!” When you press down hard, you get down below “a ridge” on the bottle so the cap can turn more freely. I no longer tighten the cap because it sits in the same place all the time and I use it twice a day. An alternative would be to pour the contents into another bottle that opens more easily once you succeed in getting the cap off. And if all else fails, contact Amazon to see what they recommend. Good luck!
