The pad is 1 3/4 inches by 2 3/4 inches

Do these work fully submerged in water for a long period of time?

Mine worked for about an hour fully submerged then started to let water seep in.

How many bandages do you get?

I normally get a pack of 6 boxes so I don't have to order so often. I have very sensitive skin so most bandages tear my skin. I also have a skin disease that is incurable so have to use bandages every day in some location or another. Where these don't work I use the 3M products ... 3M Medipore +Pad Soft Cloth Adhesive Wound Dressing 3569, 25 Pads, and they are really good as well. Hope this helps you!! :)

What is adhesive part of bandage made of? Caused a red bumpy rash on my skin. I’m not allergic to latex

I do not know. I found the first bandage unsatisfactory and discarded the rest.
