This is a pale colored powder, mostly white, with the slightest orange tint. It does not look like carrot-orange! I wonder why? It has a starchy taste, with just a slight carrot taste and no carrot smell. I do not know why it does not seem like concentrated carrots? It may be a feature of carrots that it does not process well into a powder, but I am not sure I trust this product? I wonder if this is made of only part of carrots, removing the better stuff and packaging this "leftover" part? It may be from carrots, but it seems like only carrot starch, not the color / vitamins / nutrients and flavor of whole carrots? I am tossing this out; I'm afraid to eat this. I have used other vegetable powders that seemed much better quality. "Food To Live" has been a great brand so far, most of what I've tried has been very high quality. Try the beet root powder for a concentrated, versatile vegetable powder that tastes and looks like what it is supposed to be made of!

Although it is organic and is good value for the money, it does not taste anything like carrots. It has a foul smell and bad taste when mixed with water which I did to have it as carrot juice. I have requested the seller for a return because I can’t use it.☹️

White carrots? No flavor! The label on the product does not match the label on the online description. The online description lists Vitamin A, the label on the product does not even list Vitamin A as being in the product. Uneligable for return, even for a misrepresented bad product!

I read the whole product page here at Amazon and checked all of the provided images. No where does any provided info disclose that there is a prop65 warning for lead. Also, beyond stating that the carrots are packaged here in the US, no product origin is provided, which leads me to think these carrots are grown in a country where lead is contaminating the soil. Buying USDA Organic and Non GMO is often for promoting healthiness. A prop65 warning for lead is inconsistent with this goal.

Nasty taste & smell. Lead warning on package!!! Tastes and smells awful. Comes with a warning that it may contain lead! That warning isn't visible in product pictures.

Will throw in the trash because of where its made.... Will never buy this brand again organic ychs Probably has heavy metals for all I know. There is even a warning on this product saying it may expose you to lead, which is known in California to cause cancer and Birth defects... Ychs... buyer beware.

I do not like the taste. Still dont know how much equals a carrot(s)
