Work very well
Wearing these in my shoes for a few weeks helped to heal my achilles tendinitis. Highly recommend if you have that issue or any heel issue.

Soft cushion, great arch support, and don't slip around
I've had a particularly bad bout with achilles tendonitis. Usually inserts don't work because either they slip around or they crowd my feet, but these do neither. I like them so much that I bought 4 more pairs to put in all my shoes. The achilles tendonitis is nearly gone.

Good but make my feet smell
Love them but they make my feet stink !?! I have never had stinky feet before must be the rubber they made of I love the feel of them but I don’t think I can wear them anymore !?!

Hugs the heels and thick cushiony high arch support
Find out how high is your arch when you do and if you have high arch like me get them put them on and noticed instant relief while standing and posture and aches a lot better I’m impressed product is just like the pictures and videos and is comfortable I’m aiming for atleast 6 months before I have to replace mine but might be less I’ve been recovering from a planta facia for 2.5 months and these are making a change in my life for now on

Helpful but feels strange
They are helpful but very strange in the shoe. It’s like a platform in the shoe, which seems obvious that it might do this but functionally feels like you are wearing a platform shoe when it’s just a regular tennis shoe.

Adhesive worn off the very first day. Inserts were sliding all over. Not as advertised

If you don't mind them making sounds like fart noises get them they work
Why do they squeak so muchwhen i walk is squeaks and sometimes sounds likea fart noiseoddly they still work for foot pain but the squeaks are embarrassing

Tras varios días de un uso continuo, de todas las taloneras que he probado esta ha sido la más efectiva, acolchado de goma amortigua lo justo para no hundirse ni sentirlo incómodo, y al tener una pequeña prolongación más allá del punto de apoyo del talón rellena el hueco del pie y reparte mejor peso aliviando puntos de presión, no se mueve y permanece fija con movimiento del pie. De momento muy recomendable.

Brilliant
I’m on my feet all day and they can really hurt at the end of the day. I tried these and they help keep my feet aligned and fit my work shoes well and support my arches they don’t move around In my shoe as they seem to have a grippy coating on the sole and are still going strong months later I won’t say they have solved my foot problems but they have definitely helped

Dont buy...
Just walk half day, heel pain was stronger then withoit them. Looks like crap product....
