Works great

I been taking this product for a whole to weeks and I noticed better mobility and also less pain. It's not a miracle product but it helps with knee and hands discomfort. No secondary effects but I noticed it also helps for my digestion and bathroom time.

I investigated the ingredients and their effectiveness for hair, skin, nails and joints, and this one had a couple of things missing. It was good for hair, skin and nails, but needed two other ingredients for rebuilding joints. So as not to waste a good product, I bought the other two elements and I'm using them along with it until I can buy a product that is more complete in a single capsule. The two ingredients I added are L-Proline and L-Glycine. I will say, my hair has improved in thickness and now covers the bald spot I had.

Better than the powder versions of collagen. I like these capsules because they are easy to take and I don't have to mess with mixing powder into coffee or smoothies or other drinks. No mess, no fuss, no powder spills to clean up, no mixing or stirring to ensure it dissolves completely.

It’s heathy

I gave this three stars because of deceptive marketing. This is really a vitamin A supplement, which is great, unless you take a multivitamin with vitamin A. Vitamin A is fat soluble - too much can damage the liver and cause joint pain. This item listing states its returnable. It is not. $20 in the trash.
