This açai powder works GREAT and it lasts forever. I love it. I've literally had it in my cupboard for two years (it still tastes great, but use your best insight), and it's phenomenal for smoothies and açai bowls. I'm not sure why people are concerned about the clumping. Mine looks perfect. If they're talking about in their smoothies, they're just not mixing things in the proper order. Do liquids first, then add the ice, and it won't clump. Or add ice at the bottom, top with berries, then add the powder before adding a splash of your preferred liquid

Pros: It gives me energy and does help me be more creative. As a writer, that's nice. It's a bit bland in taste so I usually mix it with two packets of Equal to make it a bit sweeter. It seems to help with pain to a small degree, as well as gives me a slight improvement with blood sugar related issues. I also notice that I sleep better on days that I take it as opposed to days that I forget. Cons: It can irritate the stomach so if you have GERD or IBD/IBS, you might want to consider taking it with yogurt or after cottage cheese. Also, occasionally I find small bits of plastic in mine. Since I mix mine with water I notice as soon as I get them in my mouth and I'm sure they wouldn't hurt me either way, but still, the packaging or processing should be a bit more cautious, as it 'could' cause someone to choke. It's unlikely but still, anything's possible. Cheers!

Great Product for our Acai Blend

Excellent product, but hard to get it all dissolved into water.

Having enjoyed Acai for about a year now, I decided to give this KOS product a try. BIG MISTAKE! The first thing you notice upon opening the product is its unpleasant plastic smell, and it only gets worse from there. I used a single scoop of the product in a smoothie with other ingredients and, after one disgusting taste, I threw the smoothie away. Reviews from years ago found the product favorable. More recent reviews aren't so encouraging. As this is considered a food product, it is not returnable. I strongly suggest not ordering this poor powder in the first place, so you're not pouring money down the drain. Yuck!

I really like this acai powder. It blends well in smoothies and is easy to use. I also like that it has clean ingredients and no added sugar. Overall, I’m happy with this product and would buy it again.
