Review: Great faux plant for great price point - I moved recently to a basement apartment (code for not much light for plants). I have a section with live plants and grow lights but I wanted some artificial plants that I cannot buy bc they aren't safe for pet homes. I've bought a few faux plants on desertcart from other companies and it was hit or miss. When I ordered the Monstera for such a low price my expectations were even lower than the price point. It arrived in a tiny box (at this point my expectations were were smaller than the box) but when I put it together I was very impressed. The plant arrives with the stems inside the pot. Each stem has very strong wire in it so you can easily adjust the stems to any position you want. The leaves come separate and you kind of shove them on the tip of the stem. I had a bit of a problem with this HOWEVER I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands so I don't have a lot of strength. I was able to get all the leaves on without asking anyone for help so it wasn't super hard. They send you 2 shades of leaves -some darker, some lighter so it adds to the "I'm trying to fake this as a real plant I want but can't have bc if my cat ate it he would die" effect. The leaves are plastic (not silk) which for this plant type is a plus . Live monsteras have large shiny leaves. If this had been silk it would have looked really artificial. The pot has stones in the amber (?) which again helps with the "let's pull this off as a real plant" factor. Whatever they use dto put the stones in is a good weight so the plant doesn't topple over. Like almost all artificial plants the pot is smaller than you would use with a plant this size. I'll probably get a basket to cover it up a bit-but for now it looks great. Included in the box was some faux moss. I didn't use all of it bc I like the stones, but I sprinkled it around a bit to help make it look a bit messy (lol like my real plants). The height says 28" . There are one of two stems that push it to 28"...but most of them are lower to the ground. For what I need (a lower to the ground plant next to 2 taller trees) it was great. The plant arrived on time, the box was in pristine condition. I was so impressed when I put it together I went to their desertcart page to see if they had other larger plants (I got a horrible ficus from another seller and was desperately hoping this company had one...but alas, I'm stuck with a tacky silk faux ficus with-the point is..the ficus I bought (around $33) has very thin stems-you can't really pose them realistically. This is where this company does it right. The metal is larger and bendable. Sadly for me they mostly sell hanging plants and outdoor plants and I'm seeking bigger floor plants but I would definitely buy another one from them. Hope this helps!
Review: Easy and Looks Real - I was nervous that it wouldn't be nice looking since you have to put it together. But it was really easy and looks great. Everything you need is included. The pot is filled and has rocks on top of the "dirt". The leaves come in 2 colors to give variety. Moss is included if you want to cover the rocks. The stems were really easy to bend and the leaves were easy to put on. I am very satisfied and will order more.

I moved recently to a basement apartment (code for not much light for plants).
