Rhino USA Tyre Repair Kit - Heavy Duty Tyre Plug Kit for Punctures

For the second time whilst I was out in my van I got a flat tyre due to a screw in the tread. My van never had a spare wheel with it or anywhere to put it. Like so many new vehicles it adds to the weight and therefor reduces the MPG or the Milage with electric vehicles, also it adds to the cost for the manufacturer, and on so many new cars the space is taken up by batteries so there is no where to put one. Last time this happened I had to get someone to come out to me and fit a new tyre, this cost £245 since it was an emergency job (and I was stuck at the side of the road) , and also I waited 1.50 Hours for them to turn up (this after having to prepay by card before they would even come out). This time I removed the screw and used the kit to repair the tyre in situ (didn't even take the wheel off). I does take a bit of force to push the plug into the tyre but it was an easy job otherwise. I Re-inflated the tyre with a small 12v compressor and was back on the road in about 10 minutes. I was able to drive about until I could get an appointment to have the tyre changed by a local tyre company for £125. I now always carry this kit and a small compressor with me in the van, is a very good kit as I no longer have to worry about getting stranded somewhere with a simple flat.

Absolutely amazing, fixed two motorcycle tyres already! Saved me from getting recovered! Holding pressure nicely i wish that they were selling them is more compact boxes for motorcyclist. This is bit too big

Have been looking at tyre repair kits off and on for a year and a half now and wanted it before the winter. WHY BUY RHINO ? Hundreds of companies and other places are selling a tyre repair kits of sorts. They maybe cheap or may take weeks to get to you. How many fakes or so cheaply made kits could you trust with your prized possessions ( WIFE & KIDS ) you can just tell by looking at some other products and can tell that probably one or two tyres and the cheap brands wouldn’t work again. I Kept coming full circle back to RHINO. Family run and that is a plus in my book, good review's and as a small company that is family run cares about the best products for every customer to even giving a lifetime warranty on the tyre repair kits. Nice Green box that is set out nicely with a push in function on the tool case to hold all the bits in, and so if you have a missing a part & you will know something is missing. No more leaving items on the motorway ( freeway ) even the stiff instruction sheet is a nice touch along with some RHINO round stickers.

I really can't fault this kit. I purchased it for my motorcycle as I ride long distances always getting screws and nails in my tyre. I must have plugged about 10 tyres now. Every single one has held perfectly for thousands of miles. I even plug a tyre on a Mustang the other day for a mate at work. 5 days later still going strong. Well worth the money, and more

Great kit! A must have for modern cars without a spare tyre. I recently repaired my own tyre, saving myself the £400 quoted by the garage for replacing two due to a small screw that was stuck in the centre of the tread. I have owned tyre repair kits in the past but the quality of this one next level. Definitely recommend.

Never used this method, but with a simple, brief and clear manual I was able to start within minutes of opening the package. The postman (le facteur de La Poste ) delivered it spot on as I was just determining the leaks with soapy water. I manage to repair 3 leaks on the front slick tyres of my zero turn mower. I was sceptical and yes, the next day one of the 2 tyres was still leaking. I checked the repaired leaks, but it wasn't them, there was another leak I didn't find. (going through brambles and what not, I collect leaks easily) Repaired that too and now both are solid again. Did the same on my trailer, one of four was losing air slowly. Found the leak, repaired it and it is solid too. Great set, I wouldn't call it professional, but with a pro result. Which for me is the goal I am aiming for.

Great quality repair kit with pretty much everything you need. Came in handy with a nail puncture and the plug is holding up well. Worth having in your truck.

Never had a single puncture in 10+ years of driving, until last year not one but two punctures happened. Couldn't trust the cheap plugs so tried this one, this proved to be the right decision. The quality of the plug is good, very thick and very sticky. The special tools made inserting and pulling easy. The plugged tire had no air leaks, is as good as a permanent fix, been driving on them for about a year now, no problem whatsoever.
