It's a very good product. A little bit goes a long way. It definitely adds in a good smokey flavor you just don't need a lot

I use these to enhance my BBQ blend, and I found that the top portion has a weak flavor and smell. However, when I discard the top portion, the smoky BBQ aroma is fantastic. It seems that the top portion might have been compromised by exposure to air. Aside from that, it’s a great smoky powder that improves any seasoning.

Always used smoke liquid until I found this liquid smoke in powder form.will never used liquid smoke again,this smoke powder you need very little of,don't have to worry about it falling off your protein,and taste slot better.you all have me hooked on it,and will always keep my spice cabinet with smoked powder.thank you !! I used this in a dry rub on a piece of pork shoulder. When the meat had been in a low oven for 12 hours and I made it into pulled pork, you would think it had been made in a smoker. I am only glad it's a large jar! This will be used, and repurchased. No more liquid smoke for me! Not ever. Smoked peach BBQ sauce, homemade, rounded the sliders off nicely.
