It is a "purse" pen without a clip. It has diamond cut engraving in a herringbone type design. Most of the purse pens the refills fit are measures about 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm.) long. REFILLS ARE 4 1/4 inches long Also fits Avon Purse pens or other purse pens Mfg by Anson Mfg.
