This tape is sticky even when cold - I've used some that have to be warmed up in a pocket first. It's got a bit of "give" in it so it conforms well around a complicated shape like a bike frame or helmet. I don't think it would stick to fabric as I saw in some comments - you'd want the iron-on stuff for that - but it's good for a hard surface. Seems to last in all weathers too.

Bought in replacement for another brand on Amazon. The other brand peeled off straight away as I was wanting it for fabric. This one is more expensive but definitely worth the extra penny if you have it! You do not get SO much of it for the price but as I said before. Definitely worth buying if you don't want to keep ordering more of the cheaper stuff. I still have lots left too so it depends what you're wanting it for. Hoping this lasts in the rain as I have taped it to my raincoat! Stuck some to the leather of my dogs collar. The plastic on the dog lead and even to my car keys. My second photo shows the other brand too but you can see the difference in stickiness and brightness of reflection Would buy again!

Great shine, makes me really visible when in the dark over winter. Easy to apply and great if you have kids that like to be in dark clothes. I've had mine on for just over a year and have lost a few strips due to rubbing/friction so could be stickier.

Bought to add to some campervan mirror covers and i am glad i bought this type. Looks good, has adhered nicely and looks good in the dark.

Very pleased with this tape so far. It's been on three months or so in all weathers and is still holding fast. It's easy to wipe down and I was able to cut it into a variety of lengths and position them accordingly eg forks, downtubes, seat stays etc. The couple of close calls that I have had have been at junctions and roundabouts when a car hasn't seen me crossing ahead of them. All my lighting is at the front and back so I wanted something that I could position on the sides and this fits the bill. I know that you might not want to plaster this all over your high end road bike but for me it was to light up my workhorse hybrid commuter which is on the road in the dark and at peak hour. Really pleased with it so far and would recommend.

It’s reflective but it’s not very sticky - it is easy to use however as it is not very sticky, not sure if it will be of much use. Good value for money wpuld work better into on things like bikes.

I wanted a reflective tape to cover the 'Julius K9' glow in the dark (barely) velcro tabs on my dog's harness. I was somewhat dubious about the adhesion of a tape but felt it was worth a try. And so far this tape has exceeded my expectations. I don't know if it will last the test of time and a Cocker Spaniel's love of immersing himself in just about anything liquid but so far so good. And anyway there's so much excess tape, should it come off (and I seriously doubt it will) there's plenty more on hand to replace it. Best of all, the reflective characteristics of this tape are excellent. Take note, Julius K9 - this is REAL glow in the dark!!

Cut a strip off and adhered it to surface. It stuck fine but noticed straight away that the orange layer is not bonded effectively to the 2nd layer and was immediately delaminating (the tape is made up of 4 layers, 1st layer is the reflective layer, the 2nd is the backing material, 3rd is adhesive and the 4th layer is the peel off backing layer). Tried again several times but the same thing happened, it just delaminates. Doesn't look, feel or perform like any 3M product I've ever used before.

I bought a few different styles and types of reflective tape to add to my helmet and scooter and this is hands down my favorite. It goes on almost like cloth and hugs all the curves and angles. It's super easy to work with and so, so reflective while blending in better than the hologram type stickers with the tiny squares.

Sewed it onto my dog's collar so I can shine a flashlight on her and see where she is in the backyard when I let her out at night. Also good for when I walk her at night.

Ich habe heute das reflektorband erhalten und meinen Rucksack für die Arbeit damit beklebt, damit ich auf dem Weg dahin sichtbar für die Autofahrer bleibe. Der Rucksack ist teilweise aus Stoff und teilweise aus einer Art wachstuch und das Band hat sich super kleben lassen. Haltbarkeit kann ich logischerweise noch nicht sagen aber es reflektiert super und ich bin froh dass ich es gekauft habe.

I bought this tape many years ago and applied it to the backpack I use when cycling. Over years of daily use of the backpack in heavy rain, mud, etc. the tape never peeled off and remained very reflective. I honestly forgot I had put it on and thought it was just part of the backpack until recently. I used a rotary cutter to shape the pieces and make the pack look a bit nicer than just strips. The tape cuts nicely.
