Firstly, this catheter is not suitable for use whilst sitting in a low chair, as it relies on gravity for the urine to run away from the penis, so your knees must be lower. It is, however, perfectly OK for use whilst sitting in a high-seated chair or stool, and for when standing or walking. There should also be more instructions on hygiene, as prolonged use could easily result in "nappy sores", so zinc&castor oil cream (or similar) may be useful. I also had to cut the connection tube according to the length of my leg.
