I have been taking them for about 6 months, and I noticed a decrease in my hot flashes after about a week of taking them. Now I did not got from 30 a day to down to less than 10 a day after 7 days. Each day of taking the pills I noticed that they were not happening so many times and they were less bothersome. I still have probably 5 to 10 a day now, and most of the time, they do not bother me, but at least twice a day, I still have really strong ones that make me stop and take a few minutes to gather myself. I also do wake up at night dripping wet, but I do still get hot when sleeping to where I throw the covers off me for a few minutes, but I am able to go right back to sleep. They are not keeping me awake, so I am definitely getting better sleep. I recommend at least giving them a try because some relief is better than continuing to suffer. Absolutely love these as there are no more nights of hormonal horror. The citrus scent is welcoming. I do see an advanced improvement in three weeks. Wife is 55 yo and will not go without these as they DO work.

I’ve been using the Daily Nouri Menopause Probiotic for about a week now, and I’ve definitely noticed some positive changes. The combination of probiotics, resveratrol, and Ahiflower omega oil seems to have a good effect. I feel a bit more balanced and energetic, which is a huge relief during this phase of life. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it's one pill a day, so it’s simple to incorporate into my routine. While I haven’t had a drastic reduction in hot flashes yet, I do feel like the night sweats have been more manageable. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that I haven’t felt a huge shift in my mood yet, but maybe that will come with continued use. Overall, it’s a great supplement and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle menopause support option!

I was waking up gup every hour and a half to two hours with hot flashes at night. I was having them during the day too but those didn’t bother me like waking up so often, which is what made me try this. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and I can only think if two times I have had a hot flashes and they were both very mild in comparison to what I was having - which felt like I had an internal furnace. I would definitely recommend this product.

This product does not work, in fact it made my hot flashes double. It was absolutely miserable. Plus if you do a preorder and cancel it, they may keep sending it as was my case. Even if unopened they don’t allow you to return the product. Absolutely ridiculous, I am a very unhappy customer.
