Can other oil go in bottle as the one supplied is not strong enough

No I wouldn’t try that, the oil in the bottles is specially mixed to get the right vapour. I have mine on maximum and if that’s not enough you can just tap on the blue button to get more. I love mine, I know it’s a lot of money to pay but my car has never smelt so good.

When the product is on smart mode. Sometimes the device is turned off when I enter the car and I have to manually turn it back on. Is this normal?

Are you sure they batteries don’t need charging? Mine is on smart and as soon as I open the car door it goes off. If its not working properly you should get in touch with the suppliers, they’re really good. Costs too much for it not to work.

How much are the replacement perfumes. is it just the diffuser you pay for here?
