seems to work well found no spidies since installing and even the mosies seem to have taken off

I seem to be suffering all of a sudden with mice getting into our cars. I've been setting a human trap to catch the wee blighters and every few mornings, there is a mouse caught in the trap. I've been releasing them a few fields away, plenty of distance from our house. I bought one of these repellers and set the humane. Unfortunately this morning, i just checked the car and there's another mouse in the trap. The repeller was right next to it. I'm not sure what it is supposed to repell, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on mice. The only thing that seems to repel them is peppermint spray. The downside is that is gives me a headache!

After one or more field mice ate through the air intake to the turbo in our new car, I searched the internet for solutions. I found this, and peppermint oil. The car is parked outside, surrounded by a rural garden. I attached the PestBye with sticky tape to an anchor point under the bonnet, and regularly sprinkled pure peppermint oil (also sourced from Amazon) at several points. Between them the two have been 100% effective. Not having conducted a controlled experiment (having only one car) I cannot say for certain which the mice find most repellent, so would recommend the belt-and-braces approach. It uses about two fire-alarm batteries per winter.

I place this amongst my indoor plants hoping to get rid of potential insects etc. Does not seem to work as I keep seeing small flies. I want to return the item ...

This little beasty is now in my loft attempting to chase out other little beasties. Awaiting results ! Can't hear a thing from it - which is the whole point of course.

In meinem Fall hat der Ultraschallvertreiber sehr gut gewirkt. Nachdem ich meinen nach innen liegenden Rolladenkasten schön wärme isoliert abgedichtet habe, ging es nicht lange und eine Maus hat es sich darin gemütlich gemacht. Das Haus ist mit Platten auf einer Holzkonstruktion verkleidet. Wo die Maus den Eingang hat, habe ich nicht herausgefunden. Aber wenn sie in diesem Labyrint war, hat sie gerne in meinem Rolladenkasten übernachtet. Sie ist hin und her gerannt (ich hab sie trippeln gehört) und manchmal hat sie auch an meiner Isolierung oder am Holz genagt. Weil ich den Kasten nicht öffnen wollte und weil die Chance gering war die Maus dort tatsächlich zu sehen musste eine Lösung her um die Maus zu vertreiben. Nach langen Überlegungen und im Internet nach Lösungen suchend, bin ich dann auf diesen Ultraschallvertreiber aufmerksam geworden. Also hab ich ihn bestellt und ihn innen auf mein Fensterbrett gestellt. Seither hat die Maus nachts nicht mehr genagt. Ich hab sie noch zweimal rennen gehört, aber jetzt ist Ruhe. Das Teil wird mit einer 9 Volt Batterie betrieben und ist für Menschen nicht hörbar und nicht störend. Nur wenn man es direkt ans Ohr hält hört man kurze Impulse. Ich kann das Gerät empfehlen.

Il dispositivo è molto piccolo e capirete che è in funzione solo per una lucina intermittente rossa. Dovrete aggiungere due pile quadrate e anche io ero scettica all'inizio e pensavo che spendere altri soldi per le pile sarebbe stato uno spreco.... e invece ho dovuto ricredermi! L'ho posizionato in una barca open di 7 metri che è in rimessa in un campo perché abbiamo trovato escrementi di topo e io mi sono opposta ai veleni. Intorno alla barca ho spruzzato un repellente per piccoli roditori e dentro alla barca ho disposto dei batuffoli di cotone impregnati di essenza d'eucalipto che da molto fastidio ai topi. Nella descrizione di questo dispositivo c'è scritto che allontana i topi in una /due settimane quindi all'inizio potreste trovare loro tracce seppur lo abbiate installato ... con il sistema che ho usato io sono spariti! Neanche più una cacchetta! Un altro rimedio che potete usare in aggiunta è quello di posizionare della canfora al posto dell'eucalipto nei posti più frequentati dai topi. La barca in cui ho messo questo dispositivo di trova in un campo facente parte di un allevamento di cani quindi non preoccupatevi per le frequenze che emette, sono troppo alte quindi non da fastidio minimamente ai cani. Lo consiglio vivamente, non fatevi scoraggiare dalle dimensioni e dalla semplicità del funzionamento!

Je cherchait un appareil de ce type qui fonctionne avec des piles, il est placé dans des combles et il n'y a pas de prise de courant. J'avais depuis dès années de petites bête qui courraient dans les combles chaque hiver, du jour au lendemain elles sont parties. Par contre j'ai du en mettre 2 pour des combles de 12m de long, un seul ça ne suffisait pas, je n'ai pas eu de petits visiteurs de tout l'hiver. Je devrais juste penser à changer les piles chaque automne.

Absolument inutile ! Livré sans pile ( ajoutez donc au prix d'achat 2 piles 9V!) , une fois posé dans le poulailler ( c'est là que nous en avions besoin puisque les rougeurs ont décidé de prendre possession des lieux...) , certes les poules et les chiens et chats ne sont pas affectés par les ultrasons, mais les rongeurs non plus ! On a même avancé le boîtier à 40cm d'eux, rien! Aucune gêne pour eux! Inutile donc d'investir dans ce modèle ...

Ich habe mir den Ultraschall-Mäusevertreiber für meinen Standkorb gekauft, in dem im Herbst gerne Mäuse einziehen. Nachdem ich das Produkt im Standkorb platziert und auch die Kontrolllampe kontrolliert habe, habe ich drei Tage nach der Installation eine erst Kontrollsichtung gemacht. Dabei musse ich feststellen, dass direkt neben dem Ultraschall-Mäusevertreiber Kotspuren von Mäusen waren. Nach zwei weiteren Wochen waren weitere Kotspuren und zudem von Mäusen angefressene Eicheln im Strandkob zu finden. Die Mäuse lassen sich durch das Produkt nicht beeiflussen. Das Produkt taugt nicht, leider.
