So convenient! I like making my food from scratch and because I am a pescatarian I was able to make shrimp lunch meat with this item. Added all my fresh ingredients and seasonings and followed the directions of the product and it came out AMAZING! It’s easy to clean and made a good amount because of its size.

The product is easy to use and good quality as described. My only issue here is that the thermometer is fairly short, so if you only want to do, say a single pound of meat, when compressed and inside the canister, the thermometer does not reach down into the meat as designed. If you are not doing small batched, you should be perfectly fine.
