1. Is the CO2 in the gas tank full? If not, where can it be refilled?

It is empty, nothing is filled at the first time. Refill it at the local gas filling station.

2. What should I do if the gas station cannot fill the tank without the tare weight information?

Try to consult with the gas station, use an electronic scale to measure the tare weight if it is possible. Or please contact our team.
