I’m in my late 50’s, 160/5’8 and ordered the Medium with 3 rows of hooks and eye closures. I’m glad I did, it is sculpting and firm but not unbearable. I tried it on with the hooks close to the edge and the middle hooks and was very comfortable. The material is breathable but strong. I intended to let my stomach out and it’s after lunch and it fit well on a full stomach.
