This item is a lifesaver! The Texas summer heat and humidity are killers, literally, and this neck fan has been a genuine blessing. The air is really cool, the ergonomics are adaptable, and the battery life is very good. A lady at the grocery store admired mine so much, she ordered one for her hot flashes. I also got my sister one, since she has problems with our summer heat, too. Hightly recommend.

This was a LIFE SAVER at work (worked at a chain, and it got unbearably hot in the summer since the kitchens were also generating a ton of heat). My coworkers asked to borrow it repeatedly when I went on my breaks. I also use it on hot outings like Renaissance festivals, and it’s got a great battery life :)

I love this one, the air flow is excellent, but the best part is the part you put on the beck of your neck. This is almost like a cold plate, and keeping the back of the neck cool, cools the whole body.The only "flaw" is only a flaw for people who do a lot of vigorous movements while using this. The flexible sides can break, and just dangle.I broke 3 of these fans, but kept reordering because of how cool they kept me, far superior to any other brand I have tried.I finally gave up, and opted for the more traditional one piece, non flex fans, even though this fan is better.For a person who does normal activities, this fan is great and highly recommended and should last a long time.

I had purchase several different neck fans at my local stores and they would last a month or two. Then I would have to purchase another one. They were expensive and just didn't last very long.I found several online and settled on this one since it had 4 fans and 3 different speeds. I was reluctant to purchase one because they were half the price of the others I had purchased in my local stores. I figured they would be cheap and not last very long. That said I purchase one anyway. Figured why not since if it didn't last I could just buy another one and still be the same price as my local stores.When it arrived I was very surprised. It is super sold and very well built. Looked amazing and let me tell tell ya, this thing is amazing. I could use it on low speed and it was soooo much better than others I had purchased in the past. Had it for 7 months and dropped it dozens of times and it just kept going. Very well built. After a few dozen drops it finally broke. Not because of the fan but because of my neglect. Loved it so much I purchased another one and loving itWould highly recommend this neck fan to anyone interested in getting one.

I've seen a few of these neck fans around never knowing how handy and effective they are, we ordered one charged it and have used to over and over again on hot days it's cooling and works well, I recommend this product.

Was surprised at now how noisy this was in use; enough I'm not using it w/o wearing earbuds w/ music already playing. High-pitched shriek inches from your ears for an hour a day may not be healthy.The folding 'wings' are another spot of contention: if you rotate them inward at the top to aim the vents away from your eyes... at least on my neck it blocked the air inlet enough to cause the motors to struggle -- not great for saving the rather short battery life. There's hot spots on the back corners of the neck where the large size of this neckband has no airflow from the vents, thus *feels* hotter than the rest of your head... not ideal either.This came quite highly-rated, so was expecting a lot sure... but had no idea this would have so many showstopping flaws. Feel 2 stars is fair, as it does provide some measure of cooling, if only some finicky, fidgety conditions are met. Just don't expect to leave this on and forget about it as you mow the lawn.UPDATE 04 JAN 25: received a full refund from the mfr plus a nice msg about their regrets the product didn't meet expectations. I feel I'm more than fair in this regard, plus plenty of other mfrs don't stand nearly as much behind their product and simply shrug... so felt the rating deserved another star.Feel version 2.0 will address the shortcomings in this review, and would be fine trying it out when it does release :)

Sorry no video…I had to tear the box apart & put this on ASAP as I was in a hot flash moment! Thankfully, it was charged right outa the box! I’ve bought 4 fans from a different seller because I loved them so much. When they were no longer available, I panicked & had to find a new one ASAP, as my 4th ol’ faithful was dying fast on me yesterday.😳 This was delivered in one day! I read MANY reviews & looked at MANY DIFFERENT fans, as I wear one pretty much 24/7 & I don’t baby it. I know there’s a LOT of you out there living an overheated life too!🥵 I prefer one with a hard casing that isn’t going to bend or stretch & flop around. For size reference, I’m 4’11” & have a small neck. A review I read said their long hair didn’t get stuck in it. Idk about this yet, as my hair is up today. When it’s down, it’s more than half way down my back…yet another big plus to check off. It’s very light weight at .5 lb & BY FAR, MY NEW FAVE, as soon as I put it on!!🤩 It has more power than my previous favorite brand & the ability to direct where I want the air to go is just the icing on the cake!🎂 I’m obviously in the really new stage with this beauty, but if I end up with any issues, I will report back. So ladies, if you’re in menopause or to anyone who is looking for a sturdy fan that will cool you down FAST…BUY THIS NOW!!😍😎🥳

Very pleased with this fan. It cools you down pretty quick and the front fans are powerful. The only downside is the rear fans aren't as strong as the front. So the back of your head doesn't get the same airflow as the sides of your face.Overall very happy with this purchase.
