Very good product the ink flows so smooth the drawback is it made of plastic.
I have already used it I am a repeated costumer but the only issue with it is the plastic breaks so ai have to buy a new one every 2 years or so there are metal options you can try those too.

Click is very tight and not working smoothly
The click is not working properly the pen quality is not worth the price needs more improvement in service. The product delivered should be best quality and it is your duty to ensure that the best quality is delivered to the customer

imitation of a cheaper pen
this $20 pen is virtually no different from the "jotter" pack of 4 pens for less money. i was hoping for something special. won't get fooled again. (also there was nothing in tje product description that gave its specs (length etc). if i had known it was the same size as "jotter" i wouldn't have bought. live and learn.
