The hair appears to have been styled with a special product (I think it can be washed out of hair). There was a little product smeared on his cheek, but I easily washed it off with water. The box was dented and someone must have tried to open it, but everything inside was intact and securely fastened. The box wasn't important to me, so I'm not giving it a minus. I'm very happy with the purchase🤩
