Kind of Worked
I bought this to wear over a Medical boot, when I needed to go out in Bad weather. The Velcro over the front of the cover doesn't really do anything as it doesn't adjust the cover in any way.Managed to cover the Medical Boot but as the Cover does not have a Base cover had to substitute to slip in a plastic bag to prevent the Medical boot from getting dirty it did work, but the cover could be a bit more flexible as everyone's shoe size is different.
