what is the number on this, is it 003?

I ordered this and received waterproof. So unlike the pictured item, it has blue font and under ScandalEYES it says "Waterproof Mascara" not "Mascara." My wife loves the regular/non-waterproof (has used it for a couple years) and this is not it. Could be they just made a mistake with our order, but back it goes.

does this mascara smudge? I feel like I am plagued with mascaraed raccoon eyes... is this the answer?

It does not smudge. It does flake a little, but not enough for me to stop buying it. Definitely one of my favorite mascaras

Skimpy to nicely noticeable

I like this Rimmel London Scandaleyes Mascara. I discovered it after L’Oréal discontinued their mascara I had used for years (Voluminous Extra-Volume Collagen Mascara). This Rimmel makeup is a good mascara at a good price. It makes my skimpy eyelashes go from barely there to nicely noticeable. It doesn’t smudge and it removes easily with eye makeup remover. It has replaced L’Oréal as my "go to" mascara.

Good make up

Leaves my eyelashes looking longer, thicker, and bolder. Easy to apply and wash off at the end of the day. Purchased online because of the great price

It's OK

This is good but not great. On the positive side, price is low enough to give you great value for the money, the mascara doesn't flake when you wear it, and it washes off easily with standard makeup remover. Took a star off because it doesn't give much definition to the lashes. Requires a minimum of two or even three coats before it gives a noticeable mascara look. I like a thick, defined mascara look. This doesn't give it unless you sit and spend ten minutes just applying coat after coat of mascara. I wouldn't buy again.

Not as advertised.

It’s ok, it’s just like the average mascara. It’s advertised as smudge proof and it is not. Easy to get black under eyes. Nowhere on the packaging says smudge proof.

Genial! Sie macht ein tolles Volumen und gut Länge. Die Schwärze ist auch gut. Besonders hat mich auch ihre Haltbarkeit überzeugt. Morgens bis abends sahen meine Wimpern genau gleich und wunderschön aus. Empfehlung ist absolut ihr Geld wert!
