I charged it full before I used it for the first time. It was working well. Used it for 3 months on one full charge. But, now that I need to recharge, it would not work anymore. I tried to contact seller, but I can't find a way.

Exactly what the gym trainer ordered. First, it was shipped and received exactly the way Amazon described it. I’ve only been using the device since September 1, 2024 (about 15 days) and I can already see some improvement on my abs. I’m an older gentleman and you know once you cross a certain age, that six-pack becomes an oval balloon to the point of not being able to lean forward much and can’t see your feet. The EMS device has several modes and a low to high intensity setting. I definitely recommend starting at setting 1, unless you’re a body builder. I used the device as described and didn’t over work the abs. The EMS is easy to use. I do love the machine I use it for muscle toning so that I can see my feet again and bend forward more. But definitely don’t forget that you need a good nutrition regimen if you want to see a huge difference. I love all of the different settings, and I rotate through them all to reap all of the wonderful benefits. I believe my investment will prove to be a good choice.

Works pretty good but after awhile the velcro on the belt does not hold and the belt comes loose while using

I just got this today, and it’s not bad. The knock setting feels like you are getting shocked, but I can feel it work. DO NOT TOUCH THE PADS WHILE TURNED.

Have used this product for multiple consecutive days and never showed an improved result. Maybe using this item for 6 months - 1 year might work, but don't know.

Effective in muscle tightening and muscle release, easy directions, and uses usb C to recharge. Fantastic. If you are having a hard time reaching behind your back to fasten, or are wider than the belt is long it will still work. Just hold it against your abdominal muscles near the belly button. We have some fantastic chefs in our family and we look like it. We are round people. We aren't trying to become lean, we would would like to be less jelly belly and more firm. It also has a massage option which is very nice after the initial work out part. Very cool. Bought a second one because sometimes we don't like to share in our family. A good value. Easy use. I hope it lasts a long time. Fit is accurate and Velcro is strong enough to hold.

This is a product that I love it does the job but don’t rely only on it to much… exercise as well but deffo does the job.. is sooo practical because I used it while I am cooking or doing the chores of the house lol

Don't buy this, it's rubbish. I think the problem with this is the box is too small and not powerful enough. It makes no difference if you put bottle soap on (water drys out to quick), or even a belt round you. The only way to get it's to work, is put pressure on it all the time.

Ordered a replacement but still ended up returning it due to quality issues. Maybe I am just unlucky. I really liked the item, which is why I hope the manufacturers will read this review and make some improvements, so I can buy it in the near future. Honest feedback here: Pros: - it works, which is what I bought it for. I do feel like my core is stronger, and it burned some abdominal fat - easy to use - side pads is definitely a unique feature, and I love it - some EMS products shock too intensely that users seemed to be in pain. This product never caused such problems for me. Shock intensities are tolerable and effective, in my opinion Cons: - my first one stopped working properly after a few uses, and the replacement was straight-up defective. For something that costs , I am expecting it to last for at least two months (which is not a harsh standard) - size too large for someone with medium to small waist sizes. I had to stuff clothes in the back to keep the pads on me. I hope there will be smaller size options based on waist sizes

The belt comes with a magnetic, rechargeable shock device which is removed to charge with the included cable. There is also an empty spray bottle. It turns out that this is for spraying water on the contact pads before you put the belt on. Once this is done you can appreciate the pulsing vibration/massage that stimulates the muscle contraction. If you don't spray the water on you feel like you are being stung repeatedly! It is quite painful. I mention this because applying the water is completely absent from the instructions and I tried the device on three different occasions before it occurred to me that the empty spray bottle had a purpose 🙄. The difference of adding the water is remarkable. There are six modes to choose from and they all pulse in different ways. Starting at level one offers nothing more than a tickle. Moving up the levels offers a greater stimulating pulse. It's recommended to use twice a day for 15mins. I'm using it when doing housework, so when mobile. It works well and requires little to no thought to use. It's still early days so I won't comment on results as yet. It's priced at £49.99. It's cordless and therefore completely mobile and it's lightweight, so easy to travel with.
