PURE FACTORS Daily Fruits & Veggies Supplement - Superfood Ashwagandha, Elderberry, Fruit & Vegetable Blend | Immunity & Health Support for Men & Women | 90 Capsules | 2-Pack

I guest it was good for my body

Very excited about this product, I've done some research on the claims for the phytonutrients and about them being equivalent to a1 serving of fresh fruits and veggies which is much better than just random ingredients all mixed together in a capsule very promising stuff. Ive been using this for about two weeks now and have added this to my supplement stack permanently. Will continue to purchase this product! I didn't want to take more pills so I just open and mix these capsules into my shakes. Works great!

I have been using Daily Fruits & Veggies for the last three months and it has been a great experience. The capsules are easy to take and give me all the essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants I need from fruits and vegetables without having to buy them fresh every week. With this product, I can be sure that I am getting my daily servings of fruits and veggies in an easy way. Highly recommend!

All those fruit and vegetables yet zero daily percentage of vitamin C and potassium. I don’t trust these vitamins.

I take these daily fruits and veggies vitamins everyday and love them. I notice a real boost in my energy and I haven’t been sick since I started taking them. Also, unlike some other vitamins, there is no bad after taste. The pills are not too big either. I recommend these to all my friends and family!

Very excited to give these a try! Ive tried a few others on the market, and they’re either over priced or just a copy and paste version of the balance of nature ones. The ingredients here are different and after checking out the PhytoServ and the fermented superfoods mix, I am convinced these will be superior. We will see!! Packaging is great, I recommend you place your company contact info on the labeling though. Other than that I will come back and update my experience after 30 days of using these. Thanks so much!

Supplements are always tricky to review because if the supplement is something you've been taking for a period before this purchase, there is not likely to be a big difference in the way you feel or look. If you've never taken it before, then it may take up to several weeks (or even months) for any real benefits to show. On the plus side, there is quite a bit of good stuff listed in both products (Daily Fruits and Daily Veggies) and capsules are an easy way to get that good stuff quickly - even quicker than the usual products you mix in water. Easy to keep some in a pill box at your desk for those times you just can't eat right. On the not-so-plus side, it is kind of hard to believe they couldn't break out some of the individual vitamins and minerals and list them in the Supplement Facts. They kind of did the bare necessities and stopped there.

I have trouble getting my dose of fruits and veggies everyday. This has everything you need as well as extra boost. Packaging is great and arrived quickly. Taking a look in the ingredients I realized I get a lot higher dosage in fruits and veggies for a lot cheaper than other brands. Highly recommend
