Very beautiful needed it to be rectangle chandelier. Due to the way, the ceiling is constructed. It is daunting to put together. There’s many many crystals to hang it takes hours, but once it’s up, you will love it had to return the first one. The metal was bent, but they replaced it immediately.

Extremely happy with this light fixture . Install took approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I find it comical reading the reviews of the people complaining about hanging the crystals… I think it’s understood if you buy a crystal chandelier, going to have crystals to hang. The crystals took about 90 minutes at leisurely pace. They’re fairly easy to hang /The top row is the most frustrating row -because of the decorative collar that goes around, there’s not a lot of space to get your fingers in to clamp the clips. Hence the piece of plexi glass., you just slip it in instead of your fingers to press the clip together. A handful of the larger crystals had scratches/ I just saved those to put on the backside. There were six extra of the longer narrow crystals, three extra of the larger crystals and about 20 extra of the clips.

Yes, the reviews are right, it does take some time to assemble the pieces together but once its done, it's stunning! Great value for money too. I'd buy this again but definitely ask for reinforcements to help you assemble it.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM unless... 1. You have at least 3 hours to spare for assembly. Putting each and every single Crystal was a pain! There are over 300 pieces to install!!! It takes time to do them! Trust me!!! 2. Your ceiling junction box is perfectly squared. Mine was slightly off...and the universal plate that came with it was not universal at all! 3. You’re handy and able to Jerry rig the universal plate that came with to make it work properly with your junction box. 4. You have patience and creative that after installing over 250 pieces of crystals, you realize, they didn’t put enough clamps (to use to hang the crystals to the metal frame). They were short at least 60 pieces!!! By that time, I was already fully committed and ended up Jerry rigging installing the crystals by using staples! (The clamps looks like staples but had a special design on it). I couldn’t stop at that point as I’ve already spent 3 hours...and I would’ve hated to pack everything up and return it! 5. Many of the crystals had blemishes on it. The overall look of the product is descent. But after numerous number of faults, I’m a bit bitter about this item!! Unless you have what it takes...I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND BUYING THIS! Plus, the manufacturer is in China...no one to call in the USA to complain and/or get missing or damaged parts.

I purchased this as well as two other matching lights for our kitchen. All components were packed well to ensure safety during shipping. The instructions are all pictures which is fine, but not much detail. There is a little plexiglass bar that I STILL don't know what it was for. It took about 15 minutes to install the fixture. Be sure you trim your cord to the length needed and adjust chains PRIOR to hanging. The alignment of the bolts from the ceiling bracket in the junction box took most of the time. The longest part of the installation is hanging the glass beads. I will not call them crystals, because if you read, they are not crystal. This process took about an hour. Work from bottom to top and you will be fine. We used four 40-watt dimmable bulbs. Looks great and many complements.

I went back and forth for seven months on this light. I am SO glad I finally did it! My main concern is that it would be wayyyy too much and crowd the kitchen or take away from everything else. You can hang it high enough that you still have great visibility through the room. I get SO many compliments on this light. It is unique, elegant, and adds so much character to your home. I love it!! It’s beautiful lit, or with natural light coming in through the glass. (Hanging all the pieces was a huge pain in the butt)

Looks exactly as pictured. A bit time-consuming hanging each individual crystal, but the system was easy. Very happy with our new diing room light fixtures.

I did not receive the proper number of crystals. They sent me 3 rows of the teardrop and 1 row of the longer thin crystals. Because the holes are placed closer together for the longer thin crystals, the teardrop crystals do not hang properly in that row because they are wider. The also don't hang down as far so light bulbs are more exposed. I do not think this was accidental in packing as I have just the right amount of crystals to cover the light. Very disappointed.
