My daughter misplaced before I could use it. I will be purchasing again as I haven’t found it. At no fault of her own of course she is a toddler. So it’s to be expected

it fits but the tool is wrong size and questionable need
you most likely don't need to replace this. it did fit but the materials are different than the original and the tool is a T6, which is too big. T5 is what is needed. luckily I had one around but the screws are pretty tight and a my t5 ended up stripped from the screws on the rotating power cord . Just get a new outet filter, which is what gets really clogged up from hand oils

My Dyson is more than four years old now and kept cutting out. After researching online I found this businesses' YT tutorial about how to fix and replace the inner filter. I ordered this and it arrived and I followed the instructions. Everything was perfect. The Dyson itself was clogged up with hair and I cleaned inside the device and removed the debris. It's now pretty much back to brand new. I have previously had the machine serviced by Dyson but it's now out of warranty and cheaper to do myself. Extremely happy as these Dysons are not cheap.
