Leather Recoloring Balm - Black Leather Repair Kit for Furniture, Dye, Recolor, Renew, Repair & Restore Aged, Faded, Cracked, Peeling and Scuffed

We used this on our car leather seats and it does an excellent job of restoring the color. Just make sure the area is cleaned ahead of time and fully dry. Apply, let dry and enjoy. There has been no staining on clothes.

Black I used this on my 06 F-150. It started restoring color right away, it did take several coats. In the six weeks since I've used it, it has not come off. My door panels were sun-bleached. So I tried it there and it made it look like new. After that I used it on the plastic bed trim. It seems to work for just about everything so far. The paste goes on really easy and doesn't have much odor, and that doesn't last long either. Don't worry about getting it on chrome, glass, or trim because it will come right off. I will be using this in my SUV as well. I can definitely recommend the black for leather and trim, but not the applicators that come with. Wear nitrile gloves and use lint free cloth or Microfiber.

I just finished with a 30-year-old leather couch that was showing signs of wear and tear and discoloration. At first, I almost gave up because it doesn't look like it is working as you apply it and, frankly, applying the product is not easy. The instructions don't fully explain it and the applicators they provide might be good for shoes but not for larger pieces. I finally learned the best applicator is a moistened folded micro-fiber cloth - moist because otherwise the product dries too fast on your applicator. I cleaned the leather first with Lexol. Then applied three thin coats of the Weystom balm, rubbing it in well and allowing it to dry after each use. Waited two days and applied mink oil as suggested. The result was really good as you can see. The discolored areas did not fully stain back to their full color, but they certainly look better.

This stuff is AMAZING! I was looking for a replacement for my 25-year-old leather jacket that was showing its age. I purchased three other jackets in an attempt to find one that fit the way my old one did. (It fits perfectly!) I could not find one that fit right, so they were returned. While searching for a jacket I came across the WEYSTOM Leather Recoloring Balm. So, I thought I'd try it. It arrived a day early and I used it right away. It was very easy to apply to my lambskin jacket. It maybe took me an hour to do the jacket. I let it dry overnight and it looked great. I then used a leather conditioner on the jacket and let it dry for 24 hours. The jacket looks unbelievable! It looks better than any of the three jackets I purchased! I can't say how long it will last as it's only been 3 days since I recolored it, but so far, so good! I'm very impressed!

Excellent color and coverage for our tired leather chairs, but it takes a lot of rubbing and polishing to remove the excess. My advice would be to just lightly touch small amounts on each spot you want to cover. After a lot of buffing and some leather conditioner, the chairs look so much better. I would recommend this product.

Showed up 5 days late. Second time buying because the first batch is now peeling off in several places after following the instructions word for word on real leather. Hopefully I am able to spot fix with this to buy some time. Looked okay for about a month. I will now need to replace the recliner. I definitely do not recommend.

Satisfait du produit, très facile à appliquer et sèche très rapidement quelques secondes après application ce qui facilite l'opération. Utilisé sur un cuir très sec et décoloré non entretenu depuis des années le produit a très bien pris et le rendu est plutôt homogène, le cuir est agréable au touché et a également retrouvé de la brillance. En espérant que ça tiendra dans le temps sans déteindre, dans le cas contraire je mettrais à jour mon commentaire.

Ich habe mir das Produkt bestellt um ein Lederhemd was ziemlich von seiner Farbe verloren hat wieder aufzufrischen. Das Hemd sieht aus wie neu ohne zu übertreiben. Der Geruch ist angenehm. Bin total zufrieden.

So far I’ve refinished one of these leather chairs and its matching ottoman, and have used about 3/4 of an 8oz jar of medium brown. Application is too easy - just apply in small circles with the sponge and it dried in a couple hours. I’m so pumped about this product that I’m going to redo all the leather in my house - purse, car seats, shoes - everything. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Really good stuff. Only needed one layer and dried very quickly. Picture of my halfway done jacket. The sponge that came with was great help.

I wish I had taken before pictures of my couch seats…I decided to give this balm a try, I had nothing to loose as my seats were in terrible condition (dogs, cats, two kids and age). The balm was a great match to the couch colour and application of the product was very easy. I wore gloves to avoid staining my hands. Once applied and rubbed in, I let the product dry. I then applied a wonderful balm Renapur leather balsam on top. My couch seats are so much better looking now!!!
