Our 40 foot hose holds well in a coastal environment holds well on this product.
So far this product has held up well with the salt air we have in a coastal area. Does what it needs to and our house is used regularly and is 40 feet long and has extra room for more. I would recommend this product! It is hard to find good outdoor features that last on the coast and so far this has tested well against the salt air and winds.

Beware! If this is really stainless steel, it's low grade.
Magnets do NOT stick to good quality stainless steel, like 304 or 316 grade. I tested this hose hanger, and a magnet DOES stick to it, so if it IS stainless steel, it's a low grade, like 430, which is not as resistant to corrosion in exterior environments (it's a hose hanger, right?) Notice that the seller does not even mention what grade it is, so that's a red flag... (And who knows if it really is stainless steel at all?) I wasn't willing to take the risk when other high-grade stainless-steel hose hangers are available at about the same price. I'm returning it.
