Very comfortable and flexible so they fit inside of your shoes well. Made of a thick material so my ankles don't get blisters anymore. The adhesive backs are very sticky so they don't slide around in your shoe.

These heel cushion pads are soft and comfortable. They stick well inside the shoe and help reduce rubbing on the back of the heel. I used them in my trainers and they make walking more comfortable. Good value for the price.

So far they appear to be doing the job and have remained in place, they aren't as thick as I expected as other reviews were saying that they were quite thick, good value for money, I had some difficulty getting them in the right place in a pair of boots due to them being so sticky and they kept getting stuck when I was lowering them in place, so far they are providing comfort and protection.
