It's been less than 15 days of purchase of the fan, although it functioned pretty well initially, it makes annoying sounds now, even at the lowest speed. The return option is no more and I'm not sure if we'll get the customer support services. Extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered the Polycab charisma plus 1200mm fan for a very reasonable price, which was delivered in 2 days.Its been almost 3 months that the fan is in daily usage.PROS:First and foremost, the colour and look of the fan is attractive and grand.The highest speed feels like a helicopter fan turning, with a good spread of air around the room.The gush of air is much more than the other fans in our home.Though it cant be said as a CON, the sound of air at full speed of the fan is a little higher than normal.The build quality of the fan components and material used felt good. The price of 1400/-, felt a full value for money ceiling fan.I would say, this is a good choice.

When the product was received, the box was damaged. The fan itself was not harmed, but it seems it was not handled properly during delivery. Because of that, its aerodynamics have been affected. However, the fan is still working well and overall is a good product.

Pathetic product. Thought Polycab has become a brand now and the expectations were to be delivered a product not superior but atleast in par with other cheap ones.The fan I received has been making a squeaking noise from day one. Should have bought from a local shop.
