This stuff is amazing. I lift weights 5 times a week and do cardio twice a week for 6 days and they really help me stay hydrated. I used to get small cramps in my legs, but since I tried these it has stopped. I was drink Biosteel but their pricing got ridiculous. My wife drinks them too and she said he used to get headaches but not after trying ultima. Give them a shot.

I have tried so many electrolytes and these are by far my favorite brand! The taste is 10/10, easy dissolve, texture is great since they dissolve there is no fit or salty flavor!

Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is the price per serving is a bit steep compared to competitors. But honestly, for the clean ingredients and great taste, it's worth the extra cost.
