My doctor recommended that I take a 60mg Melatonin and this on fits the bill. I am taking it nightly and sleeping better. It is an effective, tasteless capsule, no morning hangover and not expensive.

Very great overall, puts my ass to sleep and keeps me asleep till my alarms go off.
I personally have a hard time falling asleep or even staying asleep thru out the night, my picky ass body needs the room to be cold, the bed frame to not squeak from the slightest movement, some white noise etc etc... It all has to be done exactly to the letter or my body says sleep?... Ha siiiikke If you're anything like me then these will be a perfect buy for you. These are extremely potent and they put me to sleep real quick and they keep me in sleep the entire night. All you gotta do is, right before you get into bed you take 1 with water, then you make sure you got your alarms set to the correct times that you wanna wake up.. Probably throw an extra one or 2 in there cause small chance you gonna be like "hmmmm maybe 5 more minutes" I usually wake up a lil tired but atleast feeling 95% refreshed and well slept. Don't over think it just buy them cause they work really good, if they work too good just cut it in half..

Totally justified. Yes, 60mg is an extremely high dose. However, my sleep is deep, and I wake up feeling satisfied and refreshed. Though I feel like I’ve overslept, I wake to realize it’s still earlier in the morning. No more waking up tired or feeling unsatisfied. Easy to swallow, easy to use. This stuff works! I recommend it.

This product made me stay up all night.
Do not buy this. It's too much melatonin. And they will not refund you. It keeps you up all night long. So yeah don't buy this.
