This biotin is the best! I have tried different types of biotin this one is easy to swallow especially if you have difficulty taking medication. I brought it to make my hair and nails grow. It has made my nails and my hair take off growing. I have put this on auto order.

Well it's been a few months, I tried to wait as long as I possibly could to give a review. I don't know how long you would have to be on biotin in order to see a difference ,but so far the only thing I can say is my nails don't break as much as they used to... but they still break. my nails have not grown any longer. I don't see a difference with my hair or my skin. This is probably the third biotin product that I have tried and I honestly don't believe that it has anything to do with Your hair skin and nails like others are making it out to be. I also went as far as buying biotin shampoo and conditioner And I really haven't seen that much of a difference, with me or my daughter....so....I think there's more to it. It could be possible that you need things like collagen biotin vitamin E water, quality hair products, and possibly a multivitamin now I can say I noticed that when I was taking a multivitamin my hair grew like it was supposed to, but based off of this one item, I think I can testify that it doesn't give the results that you heard it did for some others?
