Fantastic water heater
This thing is great and affordable. Ive been running 18kw units for a while and they were ok this one goes above and beyond. The power requirements were beefier wich made installation a little more complicated but nothing i couldn't handle though id recommend a professional installation. The water temperature is ridiculously more reliable and hotter than any previous unit ive owned.

Smart Purchase
Working great! And paid less than the one we first got a few years ago. Gets the water so hot. Takes up no space, Saves on the electric bill too! Water flow is great, and hot.

No replacement parts
Great unit, but when it brakes down, you have to buy a new unit, no part to repair it.

The wiring is going to cost you almost as much as the water heater but well worth the expense
I would just like to say besides the little bit of cost and wiring this is the best investment we have made in a long time for the first time since we've owned our home for 4 years I'm able to fill my garden tub full of hot water and enjoy a bath I can shower at the same time my daughters are showering at the other end of the house with no issues this has been a great investment! I would definitely give it five stars

Needs 3 Breakers to work
We order this tankless water heater and wanted to use it but we had to send back because we didn’t have room in our breaker box to upgrade. The one we have runs off 1 breaker and this one needed to run off of 3 breakers

Garbage! Do not purchase!!!
We purchased a lower model thinking it wasn’t working because the demand was too great for our tiny cottage, so we purchased a larger capacity and it still doesn’t work. It can’t keep temperature and takes forever to warm up then once you adjust it, it just goes from scolding to cold. 2 times for this brand, what a total waste of money.
